Orders, product characteristics and availability

Before making a purchase, please check that you have selected all options. If you have any questions, please contact us or read our FAQ before ordering. We'll be happy to give you suggestions, but the final choice is entirely your responsibility.

We provide you with all the essential characteristics of the products (size, weight, color, material, price, etc.). These characteristics may be presented in text or images in the description of each product. As products are individually handcrafted, colors are not perfect and some errors in size or weight are to be expected. As most products are made to order, photos are examples only. As products are individually handmade, measurements are not perfect and some errors in dimensions or weight are to be expected. The colors of actual products may differ from those shown in the photos, due to differences caused by screen displays and any processing of photographs.

We will only process an order if we are able to do so. If for any reason we are unable to process your order, we will contact you to explain the situation. In this case, you will be able to choose between a full refund of the sums paid or order another product of an equivalent value.

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you have indicated.


Prices, taxes and customs

Product prices are shown on each product page. Prior to purchase, the total cost, including shipping and handling, will be displayed. All prices are shown in euros and include all applicable taxes (we have been collecting VAT from European Union countries since November 2020). If the buyer wishes to pay in currencies other than the Euro, we will not be responsible for any disputes regarding exchange rates.

Customs duties, import duties or other local or national taxes are not our responsibility. They will be borne by you and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and/or organizations in your country. You are solely responsible for all costs and taxes arising from the purchase of products. No discount will be granted by us to compensate for such taxes.


Methods of payment

Orders must be paid in advance. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after two weeks.

  • Bank transfer

You can make a bank transfer from your own bank account. We will process your order upon receipt of payment. Please indicate your order number in the reference.
