Cancellation of a customized product
Cancellation of an order is only possible within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we will no longer accept cancellations.
If you still wish to cancel after this period, only the delivery costs will be refunded, with the price of the product remaining due.
Return
The return of a personalized item is only possible if it presents a defect or non-conformity confirmed by us.
In this case, you can choose either to receive a new product at no extra cost, or to obtain a full refund.
