Shipping policy
Delivery
Delivery costs are indicated at the time of payment. They include delivery charges according to the method chosen and the cost of processing the package. We ship with signature required (if possible) and tracking number. Shipping companies and indicative times for main destinations (e.g. capital cities) are :
- Postal service:
France, Andorra, Monaco: 1-3 days
Russia: 5-30 days.
Remote areas (worldwide) or PO boxes: 3-15 days.
South America, most of Africa and Oceania: 5-20 days
-DHL Express:
Europe: 1-2 days
North America: 1-3 days
East/South Asia: 3-4 days.
Rest of the world: approx. 7 days.
Delivery times are well beyond our control, as several companies and borders may be involved in a specific shipment. We need additional days to prepare orders (1-8 days).
It is your responsibility to provide avalid postal address, as well as name, telephone and e-mail. If the information provided is incorrect and causes:

Loss of parcel. We will not be held responsible and we will not give any refund.

The return of the parcel to us. Two possible options apply:

If you still want it. You'll have to pay for shipping again.

If you no longer wish it, we will not be able to refund any amount, as it is a personalized item.

Refusal to ship or failure to collect
Due to the personalized nature of the item, no refund can be made.
If the parcel is returned to us because it was refused at the destination address or not collected within the time limit at the collection point or post office, the only way to receive it will be to pay the shipping costs again so that we can send it back to you.
Packages sent outside Europe which are not collected will be destroyed, and we cannot be held responsible for this.
Lost package
We will not be held responsible if a package is lost during delivery. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping may be insured. If you choose an insured shipping method, we will be able to return the amount you paid or redo and reship your order. We will only do this after you have been reimbursed by the post office.
Express and relay delivery
If you require express delivery, you can select it at the time of purchase, and the cost will be calculated when you place your order. We can also, on request, send your parcels to Points Relais via Mondial Relay, only for deliveries to France, Belgium, Spain and Luxembourg.
Delivery time
Delivery times are based on your location and the method you choose. They will be indicated on your purchase receipt. This delivery time is given by the post office and should be understood as a rough estimate. We are not responsible for delays in delivery.
Please note that processing times are different from delivery times. We need between three and twelve working days to process your order. In the event of a delay, we will inform you by e-mail. This delay will not give rise to any compensation.
Special delivery request
If you need your parcel before a certain date, please inform us in advance. Requests will only be accepted after we have examined their viability, and we will keep you informed of their acceptance.
Incorrect address
You can change the delivery address before the product is dispatched. Once the product has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible if the address provided is incorrect.
If you wish to change your address before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible, indicating your order number.
