Order and customization
Can I order multiple customized items in a single order?
Yes, you can order as many items as you like. Each item will be customized individually.
Can I add a logo or image on my item?
Depending on the item, some graphic customizations are possible. Contact us to check options.
What materials do you use for customized items?
We use only high-quality materials suitable for personalized gifts, safe for everyday use.
Shipping and tracking
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries. Shipping is free for orders over €50 in France and €75 internationally.
What are processing and delivery times?
Processing takes 1–7 days, as each item is handmade in our workshop. Delivery time depends on the country and is shown at checkout.
How can I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking number once your order leaves our workshop.
Cancellation and returns
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders cannot be canceled as each item is personalized and production may have started.
What if my item is damaged on arrival?
Contact us immediately. We will find a solution, whether replacement or refund.
Gifts and special options
Can I add a gift message?
Yes! We can include a personalized gift message with your order. Just indicate it at checkout.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards you can send directly to your loved ones.
Are your items reusable or durable?
Absolutely! Each product is designed to last and be enjoyed for a long time.
Taxes and fees
Do you charge VAT?
Yes, we collect VAT from all EU countries according to EU law.
Can customs fees apply?
For non-EU countries, local taxes or customs fees may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
Manufacturing tracking
Can I track the making of my item?
Although we do not offer live tracking of production, we guarantee each order is handmade in our Grenoble workshop.
